IBPS Clerk exam Notification:

IBPS RRB prelims exam has been scheduled on 28th, 29th August and 4th, 5th September 2021. The main examination is scheduled on 31st october 2021.

IBPS CLERK Bank Exam Eligibility​

Before applying to the exam, the applicants must ensure that they fulfil the following eligibility requirements to further proceed to the next level. The various criteria are as stated below:

Candidates who are applying for IBPS CWE/Bank Clerk Examination should possess one of the following citizenship/ Nationality:

  • Citizen of India
  • The occupant of Nepal or Bhutan
  • The immigrant from Tibet to India, who came to stay in India permanently,.
  • Person of Indian Origin (PIO) who has migrated from Burma, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Vietnam or East African countries of Zaire, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Ethiopia, Malawi, with the intention of staying in India permanently. Also, the Candidates who belong to the above category 2, 3, 4 must have a certificate of eligibility, which was issued by the Govt of India in their favor.

IBPS CLERK Bank Exam Educational Qualification

Candidate should hold a Graduation Degree from any recognized University by the Government of India. The candidates should have a valid Marksheet / Degree, the mark sheet certificate which supports that the candidate is a graduate on the day they were registered for the exam. Here, the candidate should mention the marks obtained in the Graduation during the time of registration for the IBPS Bank-Clerk examination.

Computer Literacy

Aspirants who applying for the post of IBPS Clerk exam which is conducted online must have Knowledge of computer operation.

Language Proficiency

Candidates should have verbal and written proficiency like read, write and speak in the official language of the State/UT.

Marking scheme: One mark is allotted for each correct answer in the exam.

0.25 marks are deducted for each incorrect answer in the exam. It is mandatory for candidates to secure the cut-off marks that decided by IBPS, in order to qualify to the next round(Mains).

Here with the total duration of 2 hours and 40 minutes, , the candidate needs to complete the IBPS Clerk Preliminary exam which is divided into four tests.
